Tasting Tips

You don't need a super human nose or a specific number of taste buds to master the art of tasting wine. All you need is a consistent tasting technique to build upon. Tasting new wines is a perfect opportunity to practice and master your technique.

A blind tasting is a great way for your guests to write their notes and rate each wine without being influenced by labels.

Try serving whites before reds and order them from dry to sweet to really play with the taste buds.
